Terms & Conditions for 1777bft

1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the 1777bft platform, including but not limited to: live casino games, sports betting markets, slots and crash games, promotional bonuses, cashier services, and customer support interactions. They apply to all players accessing 1777bft from Bangladesh and any other permitted jurisdiction.

1777bft reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and 1777bft.

1.1 Governing Language

The authoritative version of these Terms & Conditions is in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation in another language, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 1777bft platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 1777bft or had your account closed for breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 1777bft or its affiliated partners.
• You do not have any diagnosed or self-identified gambling disorder that would render participation in online gambling contrary to your own interests or wellbeing.

2.1 Age Verification

1777bft employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity and age before any withdrawal is processed. You may be required to submit a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate as proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account restriction.

1777bft reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — not only upon withdrawal. This includes during the registration process, following a change in account details, or when unusual activity is detected on an account.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 1777bft at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shadow accounts — whether using the same identity details, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all associated accounts.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 1777bft account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

3.2 Account Credentials & Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 1777bft strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling One-Time Password (OTP) two-factor authentication on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 1777bft support immediately. 1777bft will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared their credentials voluntarily or negligently.

3.3 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Any change of address, phone number, or email address must be reported to 1777bft support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delayed communications, delayed withdrawal processing, or account restriction.

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of 1777bft's commitment to responsible gaming and platform integrity, all players will be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process prior to processing withdrawal requests. Documents accepted include: NID (National Identity Document), valid passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be required. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 1777bft platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to account tier and payment method limits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 1777bft account within seconds of confirmed payment.
• 1777bft does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of 1777bft.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined and may trigger an enhanced KYC review.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically faster.
• 1777bft reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional verification checks where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until all active bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied, unless the player opts to forfeit the bonus entirely.

4.3 Refused Transactions

1777bft reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, affected funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach of these terms.

4.4 Responsible Financial Use

Players are encouraged to set deposit limits within their account dashboard to support responsible financial management. 1777bft does not provide credit facilities and will not accept deposits made from funds that have been borrowed, including funds advanced through payday loans or credit cards used as cash advances where interest applies at a high rate.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

From time to time, 1777bft offers bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Players must complete the full wagering requirement within the specified validity period. Failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated bonus winnings being forfeited automatically at expiry.

5.2 One Bonus Per Account

Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time, unless 1777bft explicitly states otherwise in the relevant promotion. New player welcome bonuses are available to verified new accounts only and may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports bets may have different contribution percentages. These contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms. 1777bft reserves the right to alter game contribution rates with reasonable notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

1777bft operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, hedging bets within the same or connected accounts, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, and using software tools to abuse promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

1777bft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including during the active promotional period, without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, 1777bft will honour wagering requirements already accumulated by players up to the date of withdrawal.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 1777bft are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, game, or product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before wagering. General betting and gaming principles applicable across all products are set out below.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the 1777bft system and a bet reference number has been issued. 1777bft reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed risk exposure thresholds, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed during a technical error in odds pricing.

6.2 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: event cancellation; match or game abandonment; proven pricing error; force majeure events; failure of the results verification system; or where 1777bft determines that a bet was placed with advance knowledge of the outcome through fraudulent means. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.

6.3 Disconnection During Live Games

1777bft uses commercially reasonable measures to maintain platform availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a player disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the server-side game state recorded at the time of disconnection. Winnings (if applicable) will be credited to the player's account automatically upon reconnection.

6.4 Cricket Betting Specifics

For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, in-play betting markets are suspended during active play intervals at 1777bft's discretion. Results are settled based on official competition results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In cases of disputed results or delayed official confirmation, settlement may be withheld until official confirmation is received.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event winnings and maximum weekly winnings caps apply on all 1777bft products. These limits are communicated within the individual product sections of the platform and are subject to change. Maximum winnings limits apply per player regardless of the number of individual bets contributing to an outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1777bft platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform without human oversight.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors in a systematic or deliberate manner to gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or coordinated play with other players for the purposes of manipulating game or betting outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a 1777bft account.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks through payment providers after depositing funds and placing bets with those funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade self-exclusion measures.
• Attempting to launder money through the 1777bft platform or using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Sharing account access credentials with third parties, including professional bettors acting on your behalf.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1777bft support staff or other players through any communication channel.

7.1 Fraud Detection & Prevention

1777bft employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, betting patterns, payment behaviour, and device fingerprints to identify potential prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, 1777bft reserves the right to freeze account access and place funds on hold while an investigation is conducted. Players under investigation will be notified where legally permissible.

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering

1777bft is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The platform applies enhanced due diligence on high-value transactions and accounts with unusual deposit-to-withdrawal patterns. Suspicious activity reports may be filed with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. All players consent to such reporting by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 1777bft account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawals will be completed and verified balances returned to your registered payment method. Accounts with active bonus wagering requirements will have those bonuses forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Closure by 1777bft

1777bft reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct or fraud as defined in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory or legal requirement necessitating account closure.

Where an account is closed by 1777bft due to player breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, forfeiture of the balance in full may result. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance on 1777bft's self-exclusion process, cool-off periods, and deposit limit tools. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmed request submission.

8.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 1777bft will notify you by email prior to applying an inactivity fee. A monthly inactivity administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances, subject to a minimum balance threshold. Once an account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate their account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.
